He is survived by: his wife Marge Merriman of Preble; his children, Randy Merriman (Beth) of Decatur, Judith Teague of Fort Wayne and Gail Webster (Carey) of Roanoke; his sisters, Rowena Vogelwede of Decatur and Sandra Sue Yodice of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and his grandchildren, Shanon Merriman (Heather), Anthony Merriman (Rachel), Ryan Teague (Nickol), Aaron Teague (Caitlyn), T. J. Steensma, Tyler Steensma and Trey Steensma.
