He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Miller and Lydia Miller (Doyle). He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Megan (Stacy) of Atlanta, Georgia, Kelsey (Mark) of Wildwood, Missouri, Jonathan (Neenah), Nick of Miramar Beach and Blake (Chelsy); his brother Jim of Mason City; his grandchildren, Waylon, Winona, Golden Retriever, Border Collie, Layla and Tuxedo; and his pet Sir James (Junior).
