She was predeceased by: her children, Jerry, Billy, Warren and Mark Skaggs William Ford; and her great grandchildren, Travis, Chloe, Tate and Carver.
She is survived by: her parents, Noah Joshua Clark and Floris Clark (Romary); her children, Brenda Grant and Linda Frew; her spouse William Skaggs of Wellton, AZ; and her children, Cheryl Holman (Mains), Robert Skaggs, James Skaggs and John Shirmacher.
