With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret S. Whittle (Dunwich, Queensland), who passed away on October 17, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Stuart (Eve). She is survived by: her husband Joseph P. Whittle; her children, Margaret Stuart Whittle, Robert L. Whittle II and Joseph P. Whittle, Jr. (Marti); her grandchildren, Lucy Whittle Goldstein, Lindsay Whittle Comstock, Joseph Scott Whittle, Emily Whittle Frost and Bryce Guy Norvell; and her great grandchildren, Jane Stuart Goldstein, Caroline Crawford Whittle and Joseph Landon Whittle.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 110 Union Street, Petersburg, VA 23803 to the Joseph P. Whittle Fund for Music and the Arts; or to the Fellowship Fund c/o Petersburg Home for Ladies, 311 S. Jefferson Street, Petersburg, VA 23803 in gratitude for the love and care she received while there.
