He is survived by: his spouse Vivien; his children, Elizabeth (Brett), Jenni (Kendall), Carolyn (Allan) and Michael (Candice); his grandchildren, Jessica, Daniel, Kristen, Luke, Skye, Tahliah, Grace, Willoughby and Jake; his great grandchild Chloe; and his siblings, Steph, Sue, John, Greg and Brian.
