“My mother, Margaret Kirby (nee Lynch, Sister-in-law to Queenie) would often speak very highly of her & Des when I was only a young lad. Due to the actual distance between our two families, I don't recall us ever meeting up with her as my Aunty but I always had a tender spot in my heart for her. Sadly we never met face to face, but I have my cousins to still remind me of her and to pass on the family stories. Condolences to them and all whom she touched. Til we met again!
