He is survived by: his child Kerrie-Anne; his children-in-law, Gail, Karen Mark and Vicki; his grandchildren, Renee, Nicole, Cameron, Casey, Shane, Phillipa, Kurt, Hayley, Stuart, Luke, Laura, Thomas and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Leighton, Billi, George, Maggie, Demi, Cove, Zoe, Jocelyn and Callum.
