He is survived by: his child Warwick; his child-in-law Kerrin; his grandchildren, Melindie and Justine; his great grandchildren, Ebony, Matilda, Caleb, Finlay, Harley and Lawrence; and his nieces and nephews, John, Louise, Jeffrey and Lynette.
