She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Renee and Tammy; her parents, Bert Dailey and Nancy Dailey; her stepfather Harry Julian; and her siblings, Jim Dailey Bob Dailey, Jennifer Kime, John Julian and Margaret Morgan.

As you are aware, Debra was also able to donate eye tissue and over the next week or so two people will receive the gift of sight due to this gift. She was also able to donate heart.
