It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Simon Charles Cox (Sydney, New South Wales), who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Jen; his children, Seb, Lily, Abi and Charlie; his parents, Richard and Lesley; his sibling Mark; and his parents-in-law, Ian and Lesley.
