He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Burger and Zdenka Burgerova (Dewetterova); his brother-in-law Eda Cmunt; his sister Zdenka; and his wife Angela.
He is survived by: his friend Angela S. Brown; and his children, Josef of Madison, WI, Katherina (Timothy O'Brien) of Cokato, MN, John of Madison, WI, Charles (Tara Miller) of Wausau, WI and Victoria of Green Bay, WI.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Josef's name to Doctors Without Borders would be appreciated.
