It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colin Rex Ward (Sutherland, New South Wales), who passed away on September 18, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Kathie; his children, David, Jane, Leanne and Ben; and his sibling Merle.
