He is survived by: his spouse Gay; his children, Laura DeSimone, Michael DeSimone (Melinda), Jay Paul Brouker (Tania) and Linda Bohach (Shane); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Jordan, Zackary, Elijah DeSimone, Jillian Bohach, Lindsey Sadler and Jennifer Violette.
