She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Elderkin and Susie Elderkin. She is survived by: her son Donald Smith (Hsiu); her granddaughter Dawn Danen (David); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Kevin and Ryan. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews and many, many friends.
