He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Vonda. He is survived by: his spouse Eugenie Keefer; his siblings, Anthony and Beverley; his siblings-in-law, Gabrielle, Lance, Diane, Richard and Ronald; his goddaughter Veronica; and his nephew James.
