He is survived by: his spouse Jan; his children, Donna, Tony, Leanne, Craig, Amanda and Shane; his grandchildren, Cooper, Levi, Noah, Amy-Lea and Cane; and his siblings, Kim and Leon. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
