It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie Rae Hooke of Nowra, New South Wales, who passed away on December 14, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James; her children, Tobey, Georgina and Campbell; her parents, Alex and Jenny; and her sister Claire.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Michael's Catholic Church (20 North St, Nowra NSW 2541, Australia).
