He is survived by: his spouse Glenda; his children, Jayne, Paul, Natalie, Carmelo and Tonia; his grandchildren, Andre, Danniella, Jailen, Khai, Domenic, Santino and Gianna; his parents, Harold Chase and Ada Chase; his parent-in-law Hazel; and his siblings, Claude, Andrew and Nick.
Family and friends are warmly invite to attend Rod's funeral service to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, 405 Cessnock Road Ryhope on Wednesday 31st October 2018, commencing at 1pm In lieu of flowers, donations to The Smith Family of Australia to support disadvantaged Australian children would be appreciated.
