Allan Forno Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Forno (Macquarie Park, New South Wales), who passed away on October 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Joan; his father Kari; and his grandfather Peter Jnr.

At Allan's request, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Storr Liver Centre at the University of Sydney - Dr Jacob George, envelopes will be available at the Service.
