He is survived by: his wife Claire Phyllis Hoover; his children, Teri Hoover Maynard and Mike Hoover (Sue); his grandchildren, Kelly Bratcher, Logan T. Hoover and Ray Bratcher; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Ray Bratcher and Aiden Lee Bratcher. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
