He is survived by: his spouse Catherine; his children-in-law, Kathryn, Greg, John, Pene and Maree; his great grandchildren, Alexis and Lincoln; and also Wendy.

In lieu of flowers donations are invited to the Melanoma Institute & Port Kembla Hospital Palliative Care Unit & a bowl for this purpose will be provided at the chapel door.
