Peter Drake Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pete (Peter Drake) of Hexham, New South Wales, Australia, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 87. Born in Bromyard, UK, Peter attended the local "Queen Elizabeth High School" (QEHS) before training as a teacher of science and chemistry and emigrating to Canada. He taught for 35 years in high schools in and around Edmonton, Alberta. He died in Hexham, Australia, where he lived for many years with his only daughter, Linda, and his grandchildren, Peter, Danny and Stephen. His wife, Sharon, preceded him in death.
