He is survived by: his parents, Frank Tompkins and Alice Tompkins; his spouse Marjorie Upham; his children, Terry (Brenda) of Englewood, FL, Alice Bennett (Robert) of Fishkill, NY, Joyce Dearman (Joseph) of Hopewell Junction, NY and Ellen Barker (Thomas) of Mahopac; and his sister Barbara Schull. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
