He was predeceased by: his parent Rodney J. Matusak. He is survived by: his spouse Suzanne R. Matusak (Brower); his parent Shirley Matusak (Whitman); his daughter Jodie B. Matusak of Tiverton; and his brother Robin J. Matusak of Latham, NY. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
