He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee; his children, Scott Swienckowski (Cindy) of Lee's Summit, MO and Suzanne Smith (Justin) of Bryn Mawr, PA; and his grandchildren, Annelise (Erb) and Holden.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Lewy Body Dementia Association in his memory are welcome.
