He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Jo and Diana Jo; his parents, Frank Azlin and Pearl Azlin; his children, Frank, Bernice and Nelda; his wife Dottie; his son Steven (Dee Dee); and his grandchildren, Deserie Manning (Marche), Mariah and Harry Azlin (Stacey).
