He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michael (Clare), Karlee (Geoff Lyons) and Matthew (Alana); his great grandchild Lexi; his parents, Daphne Benfield and Francis Benfield; his siblings, Frank (Decd), Clare, Anne, Noel (Decd), Tony (Gail), Marie (Stan), Gerard (Kath) and Mary (Greg); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl, Glen (Decd), John, Helen, Mark and Melissa.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Gwydir Chapel, Parkview Funerals (27 Cowan St, South Grafton NSW 2460, Australia).
