She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Stevens McPhail; her parents, James Woodrow Douglas and Constance Atkinson Douglas; and her brother James Douglas. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Kuhn (Jason); her grandchildren, Robert, Steven, Mikayla and Madison Kuhn; and her great grandchild Adrian Kuhn.
