He was predeceased by: his spouse Brenda; and his sibling-in-law Christopher Tooth. He is survived by: his children, Damon and Sallyann; his grandchild Kimberly Grace; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Tooth, Margaret Tooth, Raymond Tooth, Dawn Tooth, Grahame Tooth and Paula Tooth.
