He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Ranghild and Thorlief; and his parent-in-law Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his parents, Andreas and Ingrid; his siblings-in-law, Annbjorg, Harold, Audunn and Sue; his nieces and nephews, Norwegian and Australian; and his parent-in-law Elizabeth.

In lieu of flowers donations to Pancreatic Cancer research would be appreciated.
