We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2019, at the age of 18, Luke Patrick Schemen-Rogers (Mitchell, Australian Capital Territory) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Susan and Alistair; his brother Jake; and his grandparents, Denise, Lee Rogers, Hedy and Chris Hooper.
