He was predeceased by: his spouse Pam; and his sibling Rex. He is survived by: his children-in-law, Michael Ulrick, Diana Ulrick, Michele Ulrick, Rick Ulrick, Lillian Ulrick, Debbie Ulrick and David Ulrick; and also Kevin (Janice).
