With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Una MacDonald (Lyneham, Australian Capital Territory), who passed away on August 7, 2019 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Tom; her child Grahame; her daughter-in-law Jennifer; her grandchildren, James, Ivana, Caitlin, Jérémie, Elizabeth and Tim; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Hamish and Holland.
