He is survived by: his spouse Diana; his children, Nathan and Rachel; his children-in-law, Sarah and Greg; his sibling Pamela; his siblings-in-law, Theresa, Georgina, Nigel, Phillip, Gilbert, Caroline, Frances and Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Jenny, Alanna, Kevin, Mark, Tim, Lizzie, Alexandra, Richard, Jay and Daniel.
