She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kissel and Elsie Kissel (Goolsby); and her siblings, Howard, Harry, Donald, Lora, Thelma and Nora.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Deb) of Cheyenne, David (Beverly) of Thermopolis, Wayne (Monica) of Wheatland and Laurie Toye (Pete) of Riverton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VFW Ladies Auxiliary or the Covenant Lutheran Church.
