He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Louis and Mary B. Meining (Owenby); his son Alan Meining; and his sister Ruby Schaeffer. He is survived by: his wife Lois Meining of Wheatland; his daughters, Marsha Tiltrum (Daryl) of Wheatland, Peggy Meining, Charla Gregory (Randy) of Cheyenne and Nancy Schoonover (Russell) of Capser; and his brother Don Meining of Platteville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
