The memory of Kelly Balcorta of Riverton, Wyoming, who passed away on November 20, 2024 at the age of 59, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Kelly may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kelly touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Ryan and Barbara Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Tyler Stebar, Devin Stebar and Erik Inglet; her sister Mari Anne Skoyen (Loren); her niece Brooke Gillespie (Jesse); her child Allison Evans (Kyle); her cousin Cathy Tiller (Jim, family: Nancy Green, Jim Haynes, Buffie Holley); and also Scout. She is also survived by family, Nancy (Lawren) Green and family.
The inurnment will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (3540 W Main St, Riverton, WY 82501).
