She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Welborn and Doreen Miller; and her husband Nicholas Kerwin. She is survived by: her children, James Kerwin (Sarah) of Powell, Travis Kerwin of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Abby Massey (John) of Greeley, Colorado; and her brother Mike Welborn (Charmaine). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Spirit Mountain Hospice House.
