He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Halbur and Hilda Halbur; his former wife Margaret Soukup; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Roena Stone; his stepdaughter Renee Kurth (John); his stepgrandsons, David (Brittany) and Matthew; his stepson Mark (Linda); his stepgrandchildren, Zach, Andrew (Courtney) and Hannah; his stepson Paul (Jennifer); his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan (Nicole) and Brianne; his stepchildren, Noah and Ann Lindahl (John); his stepgrandson John Eric; his stepson Ted (Amy); his stepgrandsons, William, Lucas and Maxwell; his stepson Justin Stone (Erin); his children, Kensley, Cooper, Melissa Thompson (Cortney), Maycee, Adalyn and Jana (Dan Simonson); and his sisters, Marilyn, Liz and Donna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
