He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Dugger and Hazel Dugger; and his brothers, Gilbert, Clyde and Harold.
He is survived by: his sister Wanda; his wife Donna Bormuth; his daughters, Donna, Powell, Jeanette Sanchez (OB) and Sally Robinette (Ken); his grandchildren, Jennifer Vice (Ivan), Angela Bennett (Antonio), Aimee Geiger, Leigh James Robinette and Joy Robinette; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Geiger, Jakob Chase, Hunter Geiger and Joshua Velarde. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
