He is survived by: his children, Terry Slaybaugh (Myra) of Arlington, Texas and Amy Slaybaugh of Phoenix, Arizona; and his siblings, Gene Slaybaugh (Malinda) of Brighten, Colorado and Alice Martin of Cheyenne. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
