Rachel Moxley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Moxley of Laramie, Wyoming, born in Wheatland, Wyoming, who passed away on October 18, 2020 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepmother Marlene Moxley; her grandparents, Denzel, Enor, Betty Moxley, Lowell, Wauneta Ortloff and Pat Basom; and her uncle Wayne Ortloff.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert T. Moxley of Cheyenne and Rita Ortloff Basom; her stepfather Mike Basom of Cheyenne; her sister Robyn Moxley of Laramie; her stepsiblings, Derek Basom of Laramie, Bobbie Frank of Meridan and Shannon Abbot of Cheyenne; her uncles, Bill Moxley of Cheyenne and Alan; and her aunt Pam Ortloff of Madill, OK. She is also survived by five cousins; numerous other relatives.
