He was predeceased by: his mother Eunice; and his brother Gerry. He is survived by: his father Dale; his brothers, Dave and Mark; and his children, Jenifer Cook (Curtis), Janet Allen (Cody), Mandy Miller and Jon Miller (Elizabeth).
Memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of Laramie (1754 Centennial Dr. Laramie Wy 82070) to honor the place and the incredible humans who cared for him so lovingly in his final months.
