With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Hoy Dickman (Laramie, Wyoming), born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, who passed away on May 12, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ambassador Francois M. Dickman; and her parents, Otis Hoy and Edna Fern Hoy. She was also cherished by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the UW Dickman Library Endowment Fund or to the Laramie Plains Museum.
