She was predeceased by : her parents, Laddie Smith and Lilas Smith (Turner); her grandparents, Fred, Augusta Turner, Guy and Lottie Smith; her sister Vickie King; and her grandson Baby Gary.

She is survived by : her children, Kimberly (Gary Puls), Kevin Epler (Laramie), Jessica (JR Lipps) and Johnny Schnitker (Rawlins); her siblings, Janice Jennings, Grady (Suzie Smith), Troy (Twila Smith), Tammy Smith and Tina Smith; her grandchildren, Brittany, Brady, Keeley, Ty, Zack, Davis, Zane and Keenan; and her great grandchild Marley Rae. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many great-nieces, nephews.

At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Meredith and Jeannie Ray Cancer Center or Hospice of Laramie in Kelly's name.
