He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Brumbaugh and Emma GrandPre Brumbaugh; and his aunts and uncles, Ross, Helen Sievert, Harold and Eva Woodring.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Brumbaugh of Laramie; his children, Joann Stevens (Rudy) of Rock Springs, Kathy Jones (Dave) of Palm Bay, Florida, Susan Higgins (Josh) of Ft. Collins, Colorado and Bill Brumbaugh of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Garrett Stevens (Shelby), Blake Stevens, Alicia Stevens, Kevin Jones, Kaitlyn Jones, Kadin Higgins, Connie Higgins, Eliza Higgins and Maverick Higgins; and his siblings, Marv Brumbaugh, Bob Brumbaugh (Nancy) of Cheyenne, Bill Brumbaugh (Karin) of Savannah, TX, Chuck Brumbaugh (Carrie) of Lyman and Ann Klapal (Marv) of Cheyenne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
