He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Swanson and Viola Swanson (Lehn); his sister Ardie Swanson; and his great grandchild Abel Charles Myers. He is survived by: his family, Swanson Drive, Charlie Circle and Ardie Circle; his wife Patty (Wendeln); his children, Denise (Decee), Tony Schifflett of Laramie, Matthew (Becky Swanson), Donna Jo Swanson (Tim Demchok), Mark (Dee Swanson) and Andy (Celise Swanson); his grandchildren, Megan Shifflett (Tyler Lampert) of Cheyenne, Cole Swanson of Spokane, WA, Jessica Simons (Brett) of Rapid City, SD, Cade Swanson (Sophie) of Lingle Wyoming, Mackenzie Swanson of Hill City, SD, Lauren Myers (Dustin) of Sparta, MO and Erin Swanson of Lincoln Nebraska; and his siblings-in-law, Bob and Peggy Kramer of Bonita, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
