We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2021, at the age of 50, Bliss Bullington Ragsdale (Laramie, Wyoming) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Calvin E. Ragsdale of Green River; and his aunt Renee Ragsdale of Big Horn. He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Bliss E. Ragsdale of Big Horn, Charles, Ann Ragsdale of Westminster, Karen and Oscar Stapleton of Green River; and his pet Dango.
