She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Edward and Sarah Mayes (Davis) of Virginia; her daughter Peggy Jean Noel (Wheat); her siblings, Ordell Mayes, Robert Mayes and Edna Walters (Mayes); and her grandsons, Casey and Chad Noel.
She is survived by: her children, James Edward, Gale Lundberg (Roger) of Torrington and Jim Wheat (Debbie) of Laramie. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter as well as her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Christian Church, Hospice of Laramie, or any organization of your choice.
