He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Delgado and Tomasa Delgado (Reyes); his sister Maria; and his parents-in-law, Arnold and Donna Kuhlmann.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Elizabeth Kuhlmann; his children, Kimberly DeHoff, Kristin Delgado, Alfredo Joseph Jr. (Danielle) of Colorado Springs and Rachel Delgado (Jenn) of Englewood, Colorado; his grandchildren, Ryan (Greg Keighin), Dylan (Jason Lechman), Rivers (Nicholas Baronek), Lindsay (Frank DeHoff), Katie (Greg Keighin) and Veronica (Phil Dezellum); his great grandchild Olivia (Isaiah Romero); and his siblings, Eddie (Geraldine) of Guernsey, Tony (Kristy) of Casper, Pete of Wheatland, Jenny Gomez of Aurora, Barbara Winegeart (Steve), Melissa Clark (Kelly) of Cheyenne, Sylvia Hull (Paul) and Dawndrea Daly (Darrell) of Guernsey.
